Tennis Serve Grip Placement – Where exactly on the handle?

A decent cure for anyone suffering from the “death grip” (squeezing too tightly on your racket handle just prior to or during contact with the ball), the lower you can place your hand on the racket handle, the more natural racket speed you can generate.
